Here are the answers to some common questions asked by our customers when they first get to know us. Check to see if your question is answered here before contacting us.

How do you vet your cleaning operatives?

Before we allow operatives into any premises we carry out security and background checks. New operatives are asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address and current or recent work references. We operate in-house training to give our operatives the skills they need – including how to organise their time so that they can work as efficiently as possible.

How do you ensure reliability and honesty?

Each of our cleaning operatives is comprehensively interviewed before being employed. Face to face interviews give us a feel for the personality of the candidate, along with their integrity and reliability. Through the references we also gain an idea of their experience and the quality of their work.

Can I specify the cleaning day(s) and time of visit?

Yes. We can come at a time and day(s) to suit you.

Who pays the operative?

We pay the cleaning operatives directly so you do not need to worry about providing payment to our cleaners.

What happens if the cleaning operative let us down?

We provide back-up cleaning operative(s) if your operative is sick or on holiday.

Do you have insurance?

We carry insurance coverage for employers’ liability up to £10,000,000 should the operative be injured during the course of their duties. We also carry public liability up to £5,000,000 for loss or damage done by our operative. There is an excess of £500 for each and every claim which the client pay.

How long will it take you to find me a cleaning operative?

Please try to give us at least seven days notice so that we can ensure that suitably trained cleaning operatives are assigned to your contract.

Will I have the same cleaning operative every week?

Yes, provided that you are happy with your existing operative. If you are not, call us on 020 8660 7220, or contact us . We’ll retrain your operative or find another operative for you.

What sort of jobs are the cleaning operatives prepared to do?

Any general cleaning duties as specified on the job schedule such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing and dusting, cleaning kitchen and toilet areas. However you may have specified requirements other than this. Just let us know and we’ll make sure we meet them.

Can I specify the type of cleaning operative I need?

Yes, you can. But the more specific your requirements, the more difficult it is for us to satisfy them. We can provide operatives of all ages, both male and female. Some require operatives to work on specific days or to perform difficult or unusual tasks. We are usually able to satisfy everyone in time, but the more flexible you are, the sooner you’ll have a cleaning operative.

Do you provide any other services apart from cleaning?

Whether you are looking for a regular, short term or a one-off service we would be pleased to offer you a free no obligation quote. We also offer many other services as well as carpet and upholstery, window cleaning and floor maintenance. In addition, we are a supplier of janitorial products so we can offer a total solution to your needs. You’ll need a contact our office directly and ask about the extent of our services.

Do you provide transport for the operatives?

Transport is provided for mobile operatives, mobile supervisors and the Area Manager. Some operatives are responsible for making their own way to you.
