All our operatives are dedicated, uniformed and trained in all aspects of their work, including health and safety.

clean toilet handleWe encourage our staff to achieve a certification such as NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Cleaning and Support Services or BICSc. Regular appraisal helps to identify any further training needs.

Before we employ a new operative we carry out thorough security and background checks and obtain full written references from past employers. This ensures that all our staff are honest and reliable and carry out work of the highest quality. All operatives will have a CRB check as part of their induction process.

Having a quality control scheme in place helps us to monitor our operatives and ensure our high standards are always upheld. All operatives are employed directly by us. By personally selecting and training our workforce, we can be confident of maintaining our high level of service.
